We hope the Festive Season found you well.  As the new year unfolds many students look to revitalise their training routines and renew their commitment to their physical health and wellbeing.  There is no time like the present to get back into training and to renew old acquaintences or make new friends.

The new year will see all our familiar programs in place.  Our teachings will be further complimented by the growing number of Red Sash students who continue to enhance and contribute to our skill base - thank you one and all.

The most exciting news for some time is that Instructor Andrew Withford, a great colleague and mentor to our small club, is moving to Darwin with his family.  Instructor Andrew's skills in Wing Chun is highly respected throughout Australia and Hong Kong.  Instructor Andrew said that he is "really looking forwarded to settling into some serious training while in Darwin and will continue to support his students on the Sunshine Coast".  Welcome Instructor Andrew.
